Rat Y3Ag1.2.3 x Rat AO spleen
The antibody recognises the glycoprotein 2BII of Chlamydononas reinhardii. Binding is lost after acid hydrolysis or de-glycosylation of 2BII. AFRC MAC 7 shows similar specificity and properties to AFRC MAC 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
