Biochem/physiol Actions
Mouse NS1 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody is directed against WC1 antigen found on bovine CD4- CD8- and CD2- T cells which express gamma/delta TcR. The antigen has a molecular weight of 215-300kDa and is equivalent to the T19 antigen in sheep. The antibody is directed against equivalent antigen in sheep and goats.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
