Chicken embryo retina cells

Mouse P3X63Ag8 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

This cytotoxic antibody is directed against a glycolipoid present on chick embryo retinal neuron cell bodies. The antigen is found in chick embryo brain, spinal cord and dorsal root ganglia neurons and in bovine and human brain. The antigen is not present on axons or dendrites.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
