制备说明
Maintain cultures between 100,000 to 1,000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. A maximum cell density of 2-4x1,000,000 cells/ml is achieved.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
