Enumeration of sheep CD8 cells

Biochem/physiol Actions

Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen
The antibody is directed against the CD8 molecule of sheep, goats and cattle. It can be used to enumerate CD8 cells in tissue and works well in tissue sections and by FACS.

Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
EMEM(EBSS) + 2mM glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
