This weakly neutralising antibody is directed against natural human IFN gamma and cross-reacts with recombinant IFN gamma (non-glycosylated, E.coli derived). There is no cross-reaction with IFN alpha or beta.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C.
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat inactivated)
