Rabbit low density lipoproteins

The antibody is directed against rabbit low density lipoproteins (LDL), and shows 11-34% reactivity with murine LDL.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. These cells require mouse spleen feeder layers upon resuscitation
