The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is bovine IgG1.

Mouse x Bovine Jersey calf lymph node

The antibody is directed against the F5 (K99) pilus antigen of E. coli.

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Horse Serum (HS)
