Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells do not cryopreserve well. Always make sure cells are greater than 85% viable at time of freezing
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
