Application

Weakly basic anion exchanger
The matrix, poly(N-tris[hydroxymethyl]methyl meth­acryl­amide), offers many advanced features:
  • Spherical beads with narrow size distribution for high resolution
  • High mechanical stability for fast flow rates, yet macroporous structure eliminates molecular sieving (exclusion limit >107)
  • Exceptionally stable: resists damage due to freeze-thaw, autoclaving (120 °C, 20 min), pH extremes (1-14), non-ionic detergents, and microbial action.
