Biochem/physiol Actions

The antibody reacts in radioimmunoassay (RIA) with endothelin-1 (ET-1), (human, porcine), endothelin-2 (ET-2) (human), and endothelin-3 (ET-3) (human, rat). Cross-reactivity is observed with sarafotoxin S6c and β-endothelin (mouse). No cross-reactivity is detected with big-endothelin 38 (human), big-endothelin 39 (rat), atrial natriuretic peptide (human) or angiotensin I (human).
