General description
p3XFLAG-CMV™-10表达载体是pCMV5的一种6.3kb衍生载体,可用于哺乳动物细胞中N-末端Met-3XFLAG™融合蛋白的瞬时或稳定的细胞内表达。该载体可编码多克隆区上游的三个相邻FLAG®表位(Asp-Tyr-Lys-Xaa-Xaa-Asp)。这可以增加使用ANTI-FLAG M2抗体的检测灵敏度。第三个FLAG表位上包含肠激酶识别序列,因而可从纯化的融合蛋白中对3XFLAG肽进行切割。当使用SV40 T抗原表达宿主时,复制效率最佳。
