一般描述
单克隆抗人纤连蛋白（小鼠IgG1亚型）抗体来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB/c免疫小鼠脾细胞相互融合而产生的IST-3杂交瘤。纤连蛋白（FN）是一种多功能的细胞外基质蛋白，包含两个几乎相同的二硫键结合多肽。它是一种粘附性糖蛋白。FN属于配体糖蛋白家族，在各种细胞类型中表达。人纤连蛋白由五个不同的结构域组成，根据它们对Hep，Gel，cell或Fib的亲和力，它们被称为肝素（Hep）-1/纤维蛋白（Fib）-1，明胶（Gel），细胞表面（cell），Hep-2和Fib-2。FN基因定位于人类染色体位置2q35。

纤连蛋白（FN）可以结合不同的细胞表面和胶原蛋白、肝素、明胶、纤维蛋白和DNA等各种不同分子。 纤连蛋白在细胞粘附、细胞迁移、止血和血栓形成等多种生物学现象中发挥重要作用。FN也参与伤口愈合，并刺激转化细胞中的正常表型。FN的上调会导致肿瘤，例如鼻咽癌（NPC），卵巢癌和头颈部鳞状细胞癌。

本品以腹水形式提供，含0.1%叠氮化钠（防腐剂）。
制备说明
如需连续使用，可在2-8℃保存长达一个月。对于更长期的存储，可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议储存在无霜冰箱中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
