单克隆抗谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)(小鼠IgG2b同种型)来自GST-2杂交瘤,该杂交瘤通过用纯化的重组 GST 融合蛋白免疫 BALB/c 小鼠,取其脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合产生。GST 属于三个蛋白家族,分别是胞质GST、线粒体GST和微粒体GST。目前,已鉴定出下列八个不同类别的哺乳动物可溶性胞质谷胱甘肽S-转移酶:α、κ、μ、ω、σ、θ、π和ζ。
通过各种表达载体构建体,重组靶蛋白通常表达为带谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)标签的融合产物。因此,直接对应重组构建体 GST 标签的抗体可用于靶蛋白的纯化和研究。单克隆抗谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶 (GST) 抗体与从日本血吸虫( Schistosoma japonicum)中提取的 GST 反应。此外,该产品还可以鉴定纯化 GST 和 GST 融合蛋白的天然形式以及变性还原形式。该抗体不能检测来自大鼠、兔子、猪和牛肝或人胎盘的 GST。
