Guillard′s (F/2) Marine Enrichment Basal Salt Mixture is composed of macro- and micronutrients. Guillard′s (F/2) Marine Enrichment Basal Salt Mixture may be used as a chemstock to support the reconstitution of Guillard′s (F/2) Marine Enrichment medium. Guillard′s (F/2) Marine Enrichment medium is a widely used enriched seawater medium for growing costal marine algae (diatoms).

Preparation Note

With the macro- and micronutrients as described by Guillard (1975).
