General description

Application

神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白单克隆抗体适用于蛋白印迹和间接免疫荧光(2.5-5 μg/mL,使用酒精固定的大鼠脑/小脑切片)。该抗体还可用于免疫印迹(约50 kDa)、免疫组化(多聚甲醛固定的兔脑冷冻切片)和免疫细胞化学。
神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白抗体(小鼠单克隆抗体)可用于免疫细胞化学和免疫荧光。

Biochem/physiol Actions

神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白或GFAP组装与神经胶质结构的有丝分裂重塑有关。GFAP基因突变与亚历山大病有关。
神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)基因位点的微缺失与儿童智力残疾和面部畸形有关。GFAP水平升高与急性脑出血有关。
