General description
illustra™ CyScribe GFX™ Purification Kit has been specifically developed for the purification of CyDye™ labeled cDNA probes. Allows rapid purification of CyDye™ labeled cDNA probes.
Application
illustra™ CyScribe GFX™ Purification Kit has been specifically developed for the purification of CyDye™ labeled cDNA probes. It can be used in conjunction with CyScribe microarray labeling kits for either direct incorporation of Cy3- and Cy5-labeled dNTPs or for post-labeling of cDNA with Cy3™ and Cy5 monoreactive dyes.

- Provides efficient removal of unincorporated CyDye™ label and primers from labeling reactions with outstanding yields of labeled cDNA probe.
- Excellent for the purification of cDNA labeled by either direct incorporation or by post-labeling using CyScribe labeling kits.
