Anti-ITGB7 antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.

Integrin β-7 is an integrin protein encoded by the ITGB7 gene in humans. The β7 subunit protein is associated with two integrin α subunits on lymphocytes. One β7 integrin and α4 β7, mediate lymphocyte adhesion to endothelium and to fibronectin. ITGB7 is expressed on naive B cells and memory B cells that traffic to the gastrointestinal tract. The integrins are a large family of heterodimeric cell-surface glycoproteins and play a key role in the adherence of cells to other cells and to extracellular matrix proteins. ITGB7 is also expected to play a role in adhesive interactions of leukocytes. Ligation of β(7) can inhibit the induction of CD38 expression.
