Biochem/physiol Actions
人AB血清通常是通过全血自然凝结而获取，称为Off-The-Clot (OTC) 血清。由凝结全血获取的人血清是首选的血清材料，因为它通常含有较高浓度的更加多样化的生长因子，可实现最优的细胞生长。来自AB 血型供体的人血清没有A型和B型血抗原的特异性抗体。这一特性令其成为通用的供体血清，适用于各种细胞培养，包括人干细胞系。
