Monoclonal Anti-Histone Deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) (mouse IgM isotype) is derived from the HDAC3-83 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a synthetic peptide. The histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) gene is located on the human chromosome at 5q31.3. HDAC3 protein belongs to the class I HDAC.

应用

Monoclonal Anti-Histone Deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) antibody produced in mouse may be used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunoblotting.

生化/生理作用

Histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) protein is required for DNA replication, maintaining chromatin structure, genomic stability, and DNA damage control. This protein plays a role in eliminating histone acetylation. HDAC3 protein co-works with nuclear hormone corepressors, such as nuclear receptor corepressor (NCOR) and silencing mediator of retinoic acid and thyroid hormone receptor (SMRT). HDAC3 protein levels are high in proliferating cells of hepatocellular carcinoma.
Monoclonal Anti-Histone Deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) recognizes human and mouse HDAC3 (approx. 50 kDa).

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin and 15 mM sodium azide.

制备说明

For continuous use, store at 2-8 °C for up to one month. For extended storage, freeze in working aliquots at −20 °C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recom-mended. Storage in frost-free freezers is also not recommended. If slight turbidity occurs upon prolonged storage, clarify the solution by centrifugation before use. Working dilutions should be discarded if not used within 12 hours.
