General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
结合 IGHM 增强子 3 的转录因子（TFE3）可与其它转录因子相互作用，并在细胞生长和增殖中起关键作用。它促进肾腺癌的进展。TFE3 基因位点也与导致生成TFE3 融合蛋白的转录事件有关，该融合蛋白是筛查其在肾细胞癌中的发病率的潜在标志物。它与G-蛋白Gα16 相互作用并调节其表达，并有利于claudin 14的调节。
