Biochem/physiol Actions

CRBN（小脑）主要为E3泛素连接酶招募底物。它与BKCa（钙激活钾通道亚基α-1）、ClC-2（氯通道蛋白2）、AMPK（5′-AMP-激活蛋白激酶）、PSMB4（蛋白酶体亚基β 4）、ikaros（IKZF1）、aiolos（IKZF3）和MEIS2（Meis1相关蛋白质）。这些相互作用可能是通过E3泛素连接酶发送泛素化蛋白所必需的。由来那度胺（免疫调节药物）结合的CRBN对IKZF1（ikaros家族锌指蛋白1）和IKZF3的降解有助于来那度胺的抗骨髓瘤作用。同样，在CRBN阳性细胞中使用的沙利度胺治疗对老年多发性骨髓瘤患者有效。CRBN也可能与常染色体隐性非综合征性智力障碍相关。

General description
