一般描述

低密度脂蛋白比VLDL和IDL(26nm)(MW大约3.5百万)分子质量小,而且更稠密 (~1.04)。LDL蛋白质组分是载脂蛋白 B100。LDL含有20-22%蛋白质,10-15%甘油三酯,20-28%磷酸酯,37-48%胆固醇脂和8-10%胆固醇。

生化/生理作用
