General description

Application
凝集素已被用于差异化铺板，以从分离的细胞群体中分离出塞尔托利氏细胞。它还可被用于精原干细胞的差异化铺板。
Biochem/physiol Actions
凝集素可识别并结合延伸自糖脂和糖蛋白的碳水化合物复合体。它还可结合自由浮动的聚糖，如单糖。
DSL 不是血型特异性的，但对 N-乙酰基葡萄糖胺和 N-乙酰基乳糖胺的低聚物具有亲和力。凝集素是一种糖蛋白，含有约 35％ 的碳水化合物。
