Application
猪肾来源微粒体亮氨酸氨肽酶用于从啮齿动物脑-C5 中分离脑啡肽酶（NEP），用于肽消化。
Biochem/physiol Actions
亮氨酸氨肽酶底物特异性广。能水解肽直至产生脯氨酸残基，不会对脯氨酸继续降解。

Other Notes
