Biochem/physiol Actions
Reacts with reduced and non-reduced MMP-1. The hemopexin domain is cleaved from the zymogen to produce the final active forms and this antibody does not recognize the cleaved active enzyme.
Physical form
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 50% glycerol and 15 mM sodium azide.
