General description
Concentrated, serum-free, cell culture media from human fibroblasts containing human macrophage elastase (MMP-12), as well as other MMPs and TIMPs.
Application
Used as a qualitative positive control in immunoblotting for MMP-12.
Physical form
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline
Analysis Note
Recommended use for immunoblotting: mix 1:1 with 2X SDS-PAGE buffer and apply 20-40 μl per lane.
