Concentrated, serum-free, cell culture media from cells containing Xenopus collagenase-4 (MMP-18).
Application
Used as a qualitative positive control in immunoblotting for MMP-18.
Physical form
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline
Analysis Note
Recommended use for immunoblotting: mix 1:1 with 2X SDS-PAGE buffer and apply 20-40 μl per lane.
