Each vial contains 0.5 mg monophosphoryl lipid A from S. minnesota (MPL), 0.5 mg trehalose dicorynomycolate (TDM) and 0.5 mg cell wall skeleton from a tubercule bacillus (CWS) in 2% oil-Tween 80-water. The CWS provides additional immunopotentiating activity.
