General description
D-山梨醇是一种糖醇,通常用作糖的替代品。它自然产生,也是由葡萄糖合成产生的。食品工业使用山梨醇作为甜味剂、保湿剂、乳化剂、增稠剂或膳食补充剂形式的添加剂。在化妆品、纸张和药品中也发现了D-山梨醇。自然地,山梨醇通过光合作用广泛存在于植物中,从藻类到蔷薇科的高阶果实。
Application
适用于测定食品、水果、果汁、化妆品、药品和纸等样品中的 D-山梨醇水平。不建议对血浆、血清或尿液样本进行该检测。
Biochem/physiol Actions
在该试验中,D-山梨醇氧化为果糖,颜色与 560 nm 处吸光度最大值成比例。含量测定在 0.1-10 nmol/样品的 D-山梨醇范围内有用。
