General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
磷酸盐荧光测定试剂盒为测定多种样本中的磷酸盐提供了一种简单直接的程序。在酶存在下,磷酸盐与麦芽糖反应生成葡萄糖。葡萄糖随后被氧化,并与探针反应,产生荧光(λex = 535/λ em = 587 nm)乘积与磷酸盐含量成正比。本试剂盒检测线性范围在 50-250 pmole 之间。
