生化/生理作用
醛脱氢酶活性比色检测试剂盒提供了一种可简单直接地检测各种样品中NAD依赖性ALDH活性的方法。ALDH活性通过酶偶联法检测,其中乙醛被ALDH氧化生成NADH,NADH与探针反应,产生比色(450 nm)产物,该产物与存在的ALDH活性成比例。一单位ALDH是指该酶在室温、pH 8.0条件下每分钟产生1.0 μmM NADH的量。
