General description
现在我们可提供全新的酸性磷酸酶荧光检测试剂盒MAK525！酸性磷酸酶（AP）能够非特异性催化磷酸的单酯和酸酐的水解，在最适pH 4-7条件下产生无机磷酸盐。在许多病理生理条件下，AP的浓度和活性会变化发生，包括前列腺癌和骨病。

适用于检测血清和其他生物样品中的酸性磷酸酶。
Biochem/physiol Actions
AP活性检测试剂盒（荧光法）可简单、直接地测定血清和其他样品中的AP活性。在该测定中，AP催化非荧光4-甲基伞形酮磷酸二钠盐（MUP）转化为荧光产物4-甲基伞形酮（4-MU）(λex = 360/λem = 440 nm)，该产物量与样品中的AP活性成比例。1个AP活性单位是指在25 °C下，每分钟水解1.0 μmole的MUP所需的酶量。
