General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
钙蛋白酶活性荧光测定试剂盒基于钙蛋白酶底物 Ac-LLY-AFC 的裂解。Ac-LLY-AFC 衬底发射蓝光（最大值 = 400 nm）；经钙蛋白酶裂解后，游离 AFC 发射黄绿色荧光 (max = 505 nm)，可使用荧光计或荧光酶标仪定量。通过比较处理样品和正常对照样品的荧光强度，可以确定钙蛋白酶活性的变化。
