一般描述
钠 (Na) 与氯、钙和钾一样是最重要的电解质之一。钠在维持血浆容量、酸碱度平衡、神经冲动的传递和正常细胞功能中起重要作用。健康人可吸收食物中摄入的钠，肾脏通过排泄尿液中多余的钠来维持适当的钠平衡。钠来源包括图表、牛奶、肉类、贝类、面包、零食等。膳食中钠摄入量的增加增加了易患心血管疾病 (CVD) 的风险，最重要的是血压 (BP) 升高。
应用

生化/生理作用
这种钠测定试剂盒提供了一种简单的、两步比色法，基于 β-半乳糖苷酶 (βG)。内源性单价、二价和三价离子、抗坏血酸、肌酐、葡萄糖、尿素和胆红素不会干扰测定。该试剂盒可检测多种样本中低至 25 mM 的钠离子浓度。
