Multi-Drug Resistance Quantitation Kit

For the functional determination of multi-drug resistance in living cells (in vitro). The kit provides a fast, sensitive, and quantitative method for measuring transport activity of key multi-drug resistance proteins: MDR1/P-glycoprotein and MRP1. The kit utilizes Calcein-AM in a fluorescence-based assay optimized for flow cytometry. The kit contains reagents which will carry out twenty independent tests in triplicate.

After reconstitution, kit reagents are stable for a minimum of 6 months at 4 °C. MDR inhibitors and MDR Fluorescent Cytoplasmic Indicator may be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C for up to 1 year.
