Biochem/physiol Actions
将一份磷酸基从多个核苷三磷酸酯转移到多个核苷二磷酸酯。 用UMP取代二磷酸后无活性。
来自酿酒酵母的核苷5′-二磷酸激酶在细胞质具有高表达。它可通过与Cdc8p结合而部分影响DNA的合成。

Preparation Note

Other Notes
