General description
Netrin-4 (NTN4) is also called β−netrin and is expressed in the cortex. It is a 628 amino-acid protein.
Immunogen
purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Netrin-4.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Netrin-4 (NTN4) associates with unc-5 homolog B (Unc5B). It has crucial roles in angiogenesis and axon branching.
This antibody shows no cross-reactivity with rmNetrin-1, rhNetrin-1, rhNetrin-2, or rmNetrin-G1a.
Physical form
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in phosphate buffered saline with 5% trehalose.
