Immunogen
peptide corresponding to residues 261-274 of rat NHERF-1. This epitope is located between the PDZ2 and ERM binding domains. This epitope is highly homologous in mouse (13/14 residues identical) and human (12/14 residues identical).

The antibody is specific for NHERF-1. It does not cross-react with NHERF-2 or PDZ-containing proteins.
