OMPT triggers cellular responses (<100 nM) selectively through LPA₃ receptor.

OMPT triggers cellular responses (<100 nM) selectively through LPA₃ receptor. 10-fold higher concentration of OMPT is needed to stimulate LPA₂ receptor and greater than 1 mM is needed to stimulate LPA₁ receptor.

Specifically stimulates LPA₃ receptor in broken cell GTPγS binding assay.
