General description

Application
PSF-CMV-PGK– 双启动子表达质粒包含两个多克隆位点，允许插入两个基因，一个在 CMV 启动子下游，另一个在 PGK 启动子下游。两个启动子在同一多聚腺苷酸化信号处终止转录
多克隆位点备注： NcoI 位点有一个起始密码子，需要时可用 KpnI 消化去除。用于基因插入的 MC 从 NotI 延伸到 XbaI，但是 Shine-Dalgarno 序列和 KOZAK 核糖体条目站点序列与 NcoI 站点的起始密码子一致。PGK 启动子已被插入到 ClaI 和 BamHI 位点之间，并包含下游允许插入第二个基因的位点。
第一个 MCS 中的 BsgI 和 BseRI 酶切位点在 XbaI 站点的终止密码子内切割，并允许编码序列的回顾性融合。
