General description
Sigma offers a broad range of high-quality mRNA isolated from various tissue and cell sources. Each mRNA is purified using a combination of either oligo(dT)-cellulose chromatography or proprietary isolation methods. Following purification the integrity of the mRNA is assessed using denatured agarose gel or formaldehyde gel electrophoresis followed by Northern blot analysis.
Non-human mRNA is prepared from Sprague-Dawley rats and from BALB/c mice.
