Biochem/physiol Actions
蛋白磷酸酶 2 催化亚单位 α(PPP2CA/PP2A c ) 是一种肿瘤抑制因子，对细胞周期具有负调控作用。它主要调节 PI3K（磷脂酰肌醇 3-激酶）/AKT（RAC-α丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶）途径，MEK1（MAPK/ERK 激酶 1），ERK（细胞外信号调节激酶）家族激酶和 c-myc 转录因子。
蛋白磷酸酶 2A 的二价阳离子非依赖性催化亚单位。用于磷酸酶 A 和 B 亚基的功能研究。
