Poly(A)⁺ RNA human

This affinity purified normal human adult liver mRNA can be used for mRNA expression and structural analysis by many molecular biological techniques, such as reverse transcription and labelling for microarray or RT-PCR gene expression analysis, Northern blot analysis, RNA mapping, 5′-RACE, primer extension and RNAse protection assays.

Each vial contains 5 μg of poly(A)⁺ RNA in DEPC treated water

Human mRNA is isolated from total RNA by affinity chromatography using oligo(dT) columns. Following isolation, the integrity of the mRNA is verified on a denaturing agarose gel. All mRNAs show very high efficiencies in reverse transcription.
