General description

Proteoprep 20是一种免疫去除试剂盒,可从血浆或血清中去除20种高丰度干扰蛋白,从而分析低丰度蛋白。Proteoprep 20 可去除的蛋白:白蛋白、IgG、转铁蛋白、纤维蛋白原、gA, α2巨球蛋白、IgM, α1抗胰蛋白脢、补体蛋白C3、 触珠蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白A3和载脂蛋白B;α1酸性糖蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、补体蛋白C4、补体蛋白C1q、IgD、前白蛋白和纤维蛋白溶酶原。

Application

ProteoPrep 20血浆免疫去除试剂盒可从为进一步的蛋白质组分析而制备的人血浆或血清样本中特异性去除20种最高丰度的蛋白质。无论您采用二维还是三维电泳,一维还是多维色谱,亦或是直接进行质谱,这种去除方法均可实现更深的血浆蛋白质组渗透率。这一方法基于小分子量重组免疫亲和配体与可在支撑物上进行高密度偶联的传统抗体的独特偶联过程。可选的配体确保了最佳的特异性。对于人血浆或血清,其典型的总蛋白去除率为97-98%(质量)。
