General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

木瓜蛋白酶消化IgG导致产生片段抗原结合（Fab）。胃蛋白酶消化 IgG 会产生可结晶片段 (Fc)。IgG抗体的Fc区具有巨大的治疗潜力，可用于开发治疗性抗体。IgG1类是最丰富的，其缺乏会导致低丙球蛋白血症。IgG2缺乏会增加对细菌感染的易感性。IgG3介导效应子功能，而IgG4与无症状感染有关。

Preparation Note
