一般描述

旨在被开发用于促进骨髓中人间充质干细胞（MSC）最佳扩增的Stemline间充质干细胞扩增培养基，表现出了比其他市售配方更大的总有核细胞（TNC）倍数增加。此外，功能试验清楚地证明了Stemline能够促进分化为脂肪细胞、软骨细胞和骨细胞的能力。

Stemline间充质干细胞扩增培养基需要按照各自研究的实验方法添加抗生素、细胞因子、L-谷氨酰胺以及胎牛血清。 已知MSC在初始分离和离体生长期间极其敏感，所以它的增殖很大程度上取决于培养基中所添加的胎牛血清（FBS）的组成。 建议使用FBS进行预筛选，因为可影响MSC生长的特定FBS组分尚未得到完全的鉴定。

Stemline间充质干细胞扩增培养基是在最先进的GMP设施中所生产的，显然是您MSC应用的一种绝佳选择。

制备说明
