General description
The c-Kit proto-oncogene is the cellular homolog of thetransforming gene of a feline retrovirus (v-Kit). The c-kit proteinincludes characteristics of a protein kinase transmembranereceptor. This mouse KIT Antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding S716 of mouse KIT.
