一般描述

成纤维细胞活化蛋白1(FAP-1)是一种膜相关蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶。它由ezrin样细胞骨架结合结构域,六个PSD95/Dlg/Z-1同源(PDZ)结构域和亮氨酸拉链基序组成。FAP-1基因位于人染色体4q21.3。抗-FAP-1抗体检测内源性总FAP-1蛋白水平。

生化/生理作用

成纤维细胞活化蛋白1(FAP-1)参与肿瘤发生,细胞凋亡,癌症进展和胰岛素信号传导。它可作为高级别浆液性卵巢癌和乳腺癌的预后标志物。FAP-1基因的过表达与几种人类癌症有关,例如肝细胞癌,胰腺癌,卵巢癌,血液学和结肠癌。FAP-1基因的突变会导致肝癌和肺癌。
