This ligand is a partial agonist at β3 adrenoceptors, is a very weak partial agonist at β1, and has no agonist activity at β2. It also acts as an antagonist at β1, β2 and β3.

制备说明
Dissolve 0.2 mg in 21.4 ul of DMSO to give a 10mM stock solution. Once reconstituted into DMSO the product, must be stored, preferably in smaller aliquots, at -20°C.
